Congratulations to Eagle Lighting Queensland for their project of the month “Canungra Army Base”.

The project is in its first of three stages and already over 2,500 luminaires have gone into the design. Some of the Luminaires used are the Fagerhult AllFive and Aqua luminaires.

The Australian Government recently approved an $86.7 million redevelopment of Kokoda Barracks in the Canungra Military Area, Canungra, Queensland.

The existing facilities date from the 1950’s and 1970’s and the training facilities are now outdated. The redevelopment includes the demolition and disposal of some buildings, upgrade and refurbishment of accommodation, messing facilities, support facilities and services infrastructure.

The Canungra Military Area is located in the Coomera River Valley in South East Queensland.
